Bricklage — Marketplace & Property Verification

Property seekers in Nigeria face a deeply fragmented discovery experience. Listings are scattered, verification is inconsistent, and the gap between finding a property and trusting it enough to transact is wide and filled with uncertainty. High-value decisions were being made without the product confidence to support them.

When I joined Bricklage, there was no product — just an idea and a team. My role was to build the product system from the ground up.

I structured the product around two connected systems: marketplace discovery (help users find the right property quickly) and property verification (give them the confidence to act on what they find). Trust had to be a product layer built into the flow — not a badge added at the end.

• Map-based property discovery with advanced geolocation-aware search filters — built and shipped within a 4-week development cycle
• Verification trust badge system — tiered verification levels with document upload, case tracking, and report delivery to signal credibility at the listing level
• Multi-role user experience serving buyers, sellers, and realtors — each with distinct onboarding and workflow paths
• Property transfer and payment flow — redesigned following user research that exposed friction and hesitation points in the handoff journey
• 5 PRDs and 3 FRDs covering all major product features; consolidated into a unified Master PRD governing the full product lifecycle

I coordinated a cross-functional team of 20 across engineering and design, operating on bi-weekly agile sprint cycles. I ran user surveys and structured research that directly shaped the transfer and payment flow — the highest-friction, highest-stakes part of the product journey. I maintained the product backlog, owned sprint planning, and managed releases from design handoff to production deployment.

Klenvox — School Operating System

Educational institutions managing online cohorts lacked a unified platform that could handle enrollment, course delivery, payment, and certification in one system. Existing tools were fragmented, requiring institutions to cobble together multiple products — creating administrative overhead and a poor learner experience.

I carried full PM responsibility for Klenvox — a white-label school operating system built as a client product at Rogue Dev Technology. This was not a support role. I owned the product from planning through production.

• Feature planning across the full product surface: LMS, cohort management, live session scheduling, auto-certification, and multi-tenant white-label architecture
• User story writing for each module — translating business requirements into structured, development-ready specifications
• Paystack payment integration scoping — defining the enrollment payment flow and reconciliation requirements
• Usability improvement discussions with design and engineering to align on the learner experience and reduce friction in onboarding
• Delivery structure and team alignment throughout the build cycle — ensuring all workstreams moved in sync toward a unified launch

Klenvox went from planning to production in 2 months. The platform launched live with full feature coverage — LMS, enrollment, cohort management, live sessions, auto-certificates, Paystack payment processing, and white-label deployment capability.

Yannis EOSE — Enterprise Operations & Sales Engine

Enterprise teams managing complex sales pipelines and internal operations often struggle with visibility, alignment, and handoff clarity. Without a unified operations and sales platform, data lives in silos, decisions are delayed, and teams lose time chasing status updates instead of closing deals or executing work.

I provided PM-level product support across the Yannis EOSE build — an enterprise CRM and operations platform developed at Rogue Dev for a business client. My focus was on delivery structure, workflow design logic, and maintaining clear product communication between the development team and client stakeholders.

• Contributed to feature planning and workflow design — helping define how sales pipeline stages, operations views, and user roles would be structured within the platform
• Maintained product documentation and delivery tracking to keep the build cycle aligned and stakeholder expectations managed
• Supported internal communication between development team and client — translating product decisions into clear, non-technical language for stakeholder review
• Contributed to product structure decisions that shaped the CRM's core information architecture and user navigation patterns
